Leyla did all her higher education in Brussels before working as a business manager for a few years. She fluently speaks French, English, Kurdish and Aramaic. Ambitious and adaptable, she is known for being very organized and is in charge of the logistics in our agency.
Claire is a public affairs consultant with a focus on agriculture, food and health. She also is a public relations officer and digital campaigner. She is the president and spokesperson of the French NGO Generations Cobayes, an environmental health and consumers association. She holds a Master degree in Food public policies and health risk management from VetAgro Sup and the IEP de Lyon and a Bachelor Degree in Public Administration from SciencesPo Strasbourg.
Assil holds a Bachelor from SciencesPo Paris in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies. Coming from an international background, she has alternatively lived in the Middle-East, Latin America and Europe and fluently speaks French, English, Arabic and Portuguese. She previously interned in international organizations such as UNRWA and UNHCR. She is a dedicated and dynamic professional, passioned by European Affairs and more specifically in political analysis.
Mélanie has worked in the communication services of diverse international organizations and for the External Relations Department at the UNHCR in Brussels. She has lived in many countries, and dedicated a lot of her time to volunteering and helping refugees. She is fluent in French, Spanish and English, and worked in various diplomatic missions in Brussels and abroad. She has studied Politics at the University of Portsmouth and International Relations and translation at the University of Mons.

CESAR GUERRA GUERRERO
Director - Trade Policy
Cesar has more than 25 years of experience in trade negotiations and was Mexico’s former chief negotiator with the European Union. He successfully worked on the modernization of their conjoint Free Trade Agreement. His experience additionally includes heavy involvement in negotiations with the United States, with the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement and in the World Trade Organization. He is an expert on tariffs, rules of origins and regulatory issues in the scope of international trade and offers regular consultancy to public and private stakeholders.
Managing Director - Strategy
Lina has more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning, political communications, reputation management, and country branding. Her path was shaped in both public and private sectors, and she has lead strategic planning teams in several governmental and inter-governmental organizations. Lina advised and worked for several heads of states, politicians, and international figures, in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. On a weekly basis, Lina provides her views on EU current affairs on Politico's EU Confidential podcast, the nominated number one media outlet in Brussels.
PELLE CHRISTY GEERTSEN

Pelle is an expert in European politics and the workings of the European Institutions. He has spent more than half his life working with a focus on the European Union. He has worked with different Members of the European Parliament, an EU-focused magazine as well as different political organisations, with a focus on European Union issues. Over the last five years, his position at the European Parliament involved intensive work on Public Health, Environment, and Energy issues, including the UN Climate conferences.
